Hi, I’m Mike Paul—a voice actor, just like you.

Holding myself accountable for my results changed the trajectory of my VO career. I invested in more training; finally got a reply from that one client; and am pleased to report that I’ve signed with a major New York agency—just like I set out to do.

These emails grew out of that experience, and the learnings come from both A-List talent… and the School of Hard Knocks.

I still remember saying it out loud one evening in an accountability group: “Wow! I’ve gotten more done in the past six weeks than I did in the past six months!” That’s when it clicked—consistent accountability changes behavior, and outcomes.

One evening, a fellow voice actor asked if someone would send him a short daily email to help him stay on track—he gets sidetracked. So, I volunteered. Eventually, the group faded—as many do—but the daily emails didn’t.
